Language Coach / Business Development
“Learning should not be hard… It should be fun!”
Stephanie is a closet polyglot. Her innate talent in language is driven by culture and her love for travelling. For more than a decade she has been exploring Asia that allowed her to speak Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and Filipino. She has been setting up businesses in Asia for Investors coming from Australia, Europe and United States of America; that primarily ventures in mining, trading and training. Stephanie has excellent PR skills that allowed her to have strong network across the globe and to survive as sole trader in most of her travels.
For someone who did a lot of charitable activities, she not only taught people in remote areas but also engaged herself to save companies that are nearly facing bankruptcy. She finds a way in being a bridge in minimising the gap that is due to language and cultural barriers. By being a communication coach, she has tamed misfits, boosted confidence of people with trauma in speaking (English) and anxiety in learning (English). As a true blue Aussie, Stephanie is like your typical Queenslander who is friendly, outgoing, open-minded, affable and who can sniff nonsense and excuses from miles away! She might be small in size but she sure makes a strong impact in places that she has been.

Client Liaison Officer
Hi I’m Erin your dynamic recruiter!
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration who used to love marketing more than anything else. I am in the recruitment industry by chance. To cut the story short, I discovered myself loving recruitment more because I was able to do not only marketing but also help people in fulfilling their dreams. It has been a great pleasure for me to witness the candidates getting deployed and being able to pursue their life-long goals. Most importantly seeing my work in a domino effect not only to the candidates but also with their friends and families.
One of my personal goals is to see myself as well as my family enjoying the good life that I have always wanted for us. I believe that in this industry, I can and I will.
In Work is well known as a Company with a very high reputation of professionalism, which has been a keystone for success in this industry over many years.
In Work was established by Managing Director, Ralph Hunter, also Managing Director of In Work International.
